I think my favorite section is "how to structure a session." I've used some of these pieces and it's produced much better results. The biggest thing with Cricket is saying what I mean and really meaning what I say. Each inconsistency erodes my leadership, one little point at a time. But I truly think Cricket is happier when I am more particular. It affects her confidence and it entices her to be more in harmony with my focus.
